Conceptual Design

Conceptual Design is where the project begins to take shape. Building on the approved massing study, we develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations that define how the home will function, feel, and connect spatially.
This phase establishes the architectural identity, character, and overall direction of the project.

What We Develop

  • Floor plans and spatial layouts

  • Circulation and room relationships

  • Window and stair placement

  • Interior–exterior connections

  • Early façade and material concepts

  • Natural light and spatial flow

  • Preliminary 3D visualizations

What’s Included

  • Concept floor plans

  • Elevations and sections

  • Simplified 3D models and visual studies

  • Preliminary Ontario Building Code review

  • Up to 5 revisions during the phase

Why It Matters

Conceptual Design transforms ideas into a cohesive architectural vision. It allows clients to clearly understand how the home will look, feel, and function before moving into detailed design and technical development.

“Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.”
