How to use our Fee Estimator
Interior Renovation: Enter the total square footage of the area being renovated.
Addition: Enter the square footage of the proposed addition, whether located at the front, rear, side, second storey, or a combination thereof. If the addition includes a new basement, add the basement square footage to ensure accurate pricing.
Interior Renovation plus Addition: Enter the total square footage of the area being renovated, plus the square footage of the proposed addition, whether located at the front, rear, side, second storey, or a combination thereof. If the addition includes a new basement, include the basement square footage in the total area to ensure accurate pricing.
Custom homes: Enter to total square footage of any new house. The new house could be:
New Single Family Home
New Multiplex
New Garde Suite
New Laneway suite
Luxury Homes: Enter the total square footage of the proposed luxury residence. This category applies to custom homes featuring high-end architectural design, premium finishes, complex detailing, and elevated construction standards. For larger or highly customized projects, please contact us for a tailored proposal.
Exclusions
Fees are quoted in CAD and exclude HST.
Professional fees do not include structural engineering, HVAC design, permit fees, Site surveys, arborist reports, municipal charges, third-party consultants, or construction costs.
